By signing up and actively using the RealmOfKarma program you agree
to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
RealmOfKarma may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification
of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to
this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address
provided upon signing up with RealmOfKarma. If any modification is
unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement and unsubscribe
yourself from RealmOfKarma forfeiting all earnings.
Your continued participation in the RealmOfKarma program following
our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site
will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program.
Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You MUST also be able to understand the ENGLISH Language to be a member!! (India, China, Poland and Vietnam
earnings allowed only on advertising!).
If members from any of these countries request payout, it will be
considered a donation to the site*
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up
process and may not assume a false identity. Anyone signing up with gibberish in their information will be deleted.
You may not sign-up
multiple times with different email addresses. We allow one account per
individual. There may be more than one account per household, however
each person registering an account must have a separate computer,
IP-address and separate ISP to participate in our program.
If we find out that a person has multiple accounts, we are deleting all
accounts without notice.
You will use your e-mail address or user name / password combination to
access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information
confidential, you may change this information by logging into your
account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your RealmOfKarma
account including authorization by you to any third party individual who
may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity
deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by RealmOfKarma be detected it
may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of
receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you use for RealmOfKarma.
You agree to receive e-mail advertising from RealmOfKarma with no
more than 200 emails per day.
Accounts with bouncing email addresses will be put to onsite inbox.
AOL is mandatory site box only!
You
may change the settings back after you fix the reason why your emails
were bouncing. After the Third time your account could be deleted. This
especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Bouncing
Emails is costly to the sites bandwidth and slows the server down. Any
member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of your
account and Forfeiture of All earnings to the date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately. If you use the onsite
inbox, you must still provide a valid email address.
You may change your email account that you used when signing up at
RealmOfKarma.
I understand the need at times to change Internet connections or email
addresses.
The webmaster of RealmOfKarma has the right to refuse advertising
for sites that have unsustainable information on their site and all advertising must be in English.
All sites are reviewed before sending. If the site doesn`t meet RealmOfKarma`s
rules, you will be emailed for a different site with a friendly explanation.
Cheat Links And English Tests:
Cheat Links(visible and invisible) will be sent on a regular basis. They
will have a warning above the cheat link. Its the members responsibility
to read to avoid clicking it. If you click the visible link 2 times, your
account will be canceled and you Lose All earnings up to the date of
termination. If you click the invisible cheat link once that only
automated cheat software(clickbots) can see, There is to be no cheating of the timer bar.Bad Karma will come your way and your account will be
canceled and you Lose All earnings & referrals etc. up to the date of termination Never BookMark Any PTC Areas At RealmOfKarma or You Will Be Considered An AutoClick Software User and Your Account Will Be Deleted.
English tests will be sent.
It is the members responsibility to read the instructions completely.
Failure to pass reading tests may result in your account being suspended or deleted.
This is Paid to Read email and that is what advertisers expect of the members here.
All PTC sections may contain a Cheat Text Link/Banner(visible and invisible.

be clearly Marked. These anticheat measures are there to monitor

against our Terms of Service. Your account will be reviewed and may be

FREE MEMBERS
Must log in every 30 days and be at least 25% as active as
your downline to get commissions from downline clicks. Your account will
be canceled and you Lose All earnings up to the date of termination for
inactivity of more than 30 days. As of June23/2007 We will be no longer accept ChINA members due to their nonesense cheating methods
UPGRADED MEMBERS
Lifetime Upgraded Members Must login every 30 days and click at least 25 paid or points emails Monthly to have your advertising sent and be at least 30% as active as your downline to get commissions from downline clicks. Your upgraded account could be canceled and you will Lose All earnings up to the date of termination for inactivity (clicking less than 25 emails monthly) of more than 90 days. These rules are a must for an active English reading membership so we
can sell ads to advertisers.
Yearly upgraded members are waived from any click requirements. Your ads will always be sent but you need to follow the PTP rules if you want to use the Paid To Promote Feature.
PAID TO PROMOTE
The PTP Feature is for upgraded Members Only. Upgraded members must be active by clicking at least 10 email ads from our site per week or you will find your ptp feature suspended.
Members are required to give full user information. Members are required
to give full online payment information unless your redeeming for ads only. Any member giving false payment
ID information will have their account canceled instantly. Every Member that would like tp be paid,
MUST have their own individual payment id. It can`t be shared with other
members.
Keywords And Interests:
We have "bad" keywords/interests "Delete me, I cheat"(more could be
added) this helps in finding the members that can't understand English
and use auto signup bots. If your account is found to have one of these
keywords selected your account will be canceled. If you are NOT from a
search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest keyword -
accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will
be canceled.
Abuse Rules:
Sending spam, hate email, racist email, threats, rude & abusive emails including vulgar language and other similar types of emails will be grounds for immediate account termination and earnings/downline forfeited from ALL sites we own.Your IP will be blocked and your username/IP/abusive email contents only will be listed in the Hall Of Shame or our private forum or both. This can include but not limited to any Forums/Bogs/Emails/Instant Messenger Messages Etc.
Administration Messages & Posting Of Site Links:
Administration messages by email or the admin plugin or private emails sent to members are copyright.No part of this site can be reproduced without my consent. If you are found to be posting them or parts of them on webpages/blogs/forums etc, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. The messages are only information for the members of this site and English tests. No site links such as paid to click areas or cheat links(email or banner) may be posted on sites of any kind unless it`s a nice ad/banner or ptc and your referral link to gain referrals.
Searches:
Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search
emails. The countries allowed by "most " Search Engines are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
All persons from countries not from the countries listed above who
select "Searches" as a category of interest or found to be participating
in "Searches" will have their account canceled and you Lose All
earnings up to the date of termination.
**Deleted accounts will not be restored if canceled for any system abuse rules**
Relationship of the Parties:
You and RealmOfKarma are independent contractors, and nothing in
this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency,
franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you
and RealmOfKarma. You understand that you do not have authority to
make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
RealmOfKarma. You may not make any statement, whether on your site
or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are
solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money
earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
RealmOfKarma will not be liable for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
RealmOfKarma program, even if RealmOfKarma has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, RealmOfKarma aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the
total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions
of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser
websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the
website provided by RealmOfKarma. Affiliates may earn by referring
new affiliates to the RealmOfKarma program. Affiliates will earn a
percentage of advertising revenues collected by RealmOfKarma.
RealmOfKarma will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the
minimum payout rate set by RealmOfKarma. Once the member has reached
payout they may request payment using A payment processor listed in the account. You will be paid within 30days or reasonable time after 30days.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing
(i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass
communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of
your affiliateship with RealmOfKarma and may result in legal
prosecution. RealmOfKarma strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only
have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and
future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall
cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident. RealmOfKarma may charge up to $5 per spam
e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate
termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the
same computer also constitutes fraud. RealmOfKarma will file charges
for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
